Photo Booth Party is a party photo booth app for iPad and iPhone from iZeus Pty Ltd. By downloading or using Photo Booth Party you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Hosts are responsible

If you run Photo Booth Party at an event, you are responsible for getting your guests' consent to be photographed, and for what is shown on your TV, including any background pictures guests send. Take photos down if a guest asks. Be aware that anyone on your Wi-Fi network who scans the QR code can view and save the party's photos while the app is open.

Fair use

Use the app lawfully and considerately. Don't use it to photograph people who have not agreed to it, or to display content that is unlawful or harmful.

No guarantees

The person cut-out and countdown are automatic and won't be perfect in every light or room. The app is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for lost photos or for problems with your iPad, iPhone, TV or network. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
